These terms govern your use of bellecooper.com.au and the purchase of products from our online store. Last updated 14 May 2026.

Belle & Cooper Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at bellecooper.com.au. Our registered address is 39 Kirsty Drive, Tanawha, QLD 4556, Australia.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We do our best to keep product descriptions accurate, but errors do happen – if we discover a significant pricing or description error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before processing the order so you can choose to confirm or cancel.

4. Orders

An order is a binding contract from the moment we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Before that point, we may decline an order (for example, if a product is unexpectedly out of stock or we suspect fraud).

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment partners. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and Apple Pay.

7. Returns and refunds

Return terms are set out in our Return Policy. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

8. Warranties

All Belle & Cooper products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which can’t be excluded.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It doesn’t cover normal wear, damage from misuse (dropping the device, water immersion, using non-Belle & Cooper accessories) or cosmetic wear to surface finishes.

9. Intellectual property

All site content, logos, product photography and copy belong to Belle & Cooper Pty Ltd or our content partners. You can share product pages on social media. Please don’t republish our copy, photos or videos for commercial use without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Don’t use this site to:

• Scrape, copy or republish any part of it without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, server or database.
• Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment cards.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belle & Cooper’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the value of the products you’ve purchased from us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with the “last updated” date at the top.
