Shipping Policy

We ship to every corner of Australia from our warehouse in Tanawha, QLD. Most orders dispatch within one business day.

Domestic shipping (Australia)

All Australian orders ship via Australia Post or a national courier, whichever is faster for your address.

  • Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days for most metro postcodes, 3–8 business days for regional areas.
  • Express upgrade: AU$9.95, typically delivered in 1–3 business days.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm AEST on the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. We’re working on launching New Zealand shipping in 2026. Let us know if you’d like to be told when it’s live.

Tracking and delivery issues

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, or if your parcel is marked delivered but you can’t find it, email contact@bellecooper.com.au with your order number and we’ll chase it up the same day.

Wrong address?

Address changes are free if you let us know within 1 hour of placing your order. Once a parcel is in the carrier’s hands we can’t redirect it, but we’ll work with you to recover it where possible.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, we’ll replace it free of charge. Email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
