Return Policy

Every Belle & Cooper purchase comes with a 60-day, no-questions-asked guarantee. If it isn’t right for your pet, send it back – used or unused – for a full refund.

The 60-day guarantee

You have 60 calendar days from the date your order arrives to decide whether the product works for you and your pet. That window covers training, getting your dog comfortable with the device, and giving it a fair test.

No reason needed. No questions asked. And we don’t just refund you once – we refund you twice (up to a $200 cap per order) to show how confident we are in our products. If you’d like a refund, we’ll process one.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply within one business day with the return address and reference number to write on the parcel.
  3. You arrange the return shipping at your own cost – we recommend Australia Post with tracking so you can confirm it arrived. We do not pay return postage on change-of-mind returns.
  4. Once we receive it, your refund is processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.

What’s covered

  • Used products: covered. You can charge it, train your pet, use it for weeks – and still return it.
  • Unused products: covered.
  • Bundles: covered. Return the whole bundle for a full refund, or individual items for a pro-rata refund.
  • Gifts: covered. If you received a Belle & Cooper product as a gift, email us with the order details and we’ll handle the rest discreetly.

What’s not covered

  • Returns received more than 60 days after delivery.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (Amazon, Catch, eBay etc.) – please contact the retailer directly.
  • Return shipping costs – these are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
  • Damage caused by water immersion, dropping the device, or storing batteries below 0°C.

Faulty products

If your product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, you’re protected by both our 12-month warranty and your Australian Consumer Law rights. Email us and we’ll send a replacement or refund – your choice. For faulty items we cover return shipping, and faulty returns don’t count against your 60-day trial window.

Refund timing

Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return, depending on your bank. Credit cards can take an extra business day. Buy-now-pay-later refunds (Afterpay, Klarna, Zip) follow the provider’s standard processing time.
